Cambridge Builders & Contractors is an Atlanta-based General Contractor and Construction Management company that specializes in multifamily condominium, apartment and mixed-use projects, property renovations, and clubhouse and amenity construction. With over sixty years experience in this specialized field, we utilize proven project management methodologies, experienced subcontractors, quality suppliers, on-site personnel, aggressive scheduling and many other cost efficiencies creating a greater return on investment for our clients. Since 1997, Cambridge's building professionals have consistently provided pre-construction services, construction management and design support, to a variety of clients representing small investor groups to large nationally-known developers, and REIT's.

In keeping with the demand for sustainability in new construction and renovation, Cambridge has LEED® Accredited in-house project management teams. We are currently licensed in seven states, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Virginia, Arizona, Tennessee and South Carolina and have constructed over 70 major projects throughout many US markets.
